Patido is a dish made with rooster stuffed with sautéed giblets, country bread crumbs, raisins, local kefalotyri cheese (hard & salty cheese), onion, garlic, Mantilaria wine, parsley, salt & pepper, cinnamon and cloves.

Kolokythokeftedes are fried zucchini balls made from grated zucchini, chopped onion, dill, parsley, grated cheese, 3-4 eggs slightly beaten and flour.
