The second forum dedicated to Travel by Google featured the best 4 smart Greek start-ups related to travel that proudly included Cycladia and its contribution to the promotion of travelling to Greece. Our community’s exclusive approach to travel and its genuine opinions for Greece and what it has to offer were the grounds that gave Cycladia the chance to be one of the 4 best private initiatives to be honoured by Google.
Travel @ Google was a forum full of insight and concise data on the revolution that the digital media have brought about in the hospitality sector and the traveller’s experience. It was an apocalypse on how brilliant ideas can spark the regeneration!
While Greece is in crisis, this forum gave us all hope, optimism and a meaningful glimpse into the future: tourism is Greece’s main industry and we all ought to honour it and leverage its potential constantly, loyally and authentically!
A living proof that smart entrepreneurship and innovation not only exist but actually thrive…the evidence that Greece is not only alive but a birth land of never-ending beauty and brilliant people.
