This is probably the best restaurant in the island, food and service wise. It's located behind the Agricultural Cooperative and enjoys a panoramic view of the port, since it's built amphitheatrically on the hill. No fish is served, but the meat and the local dishes are exceptional. It doesn't accept reservations and bear in mind that after 9pm it's quite crowded. Long lines are waiting to get a table. Ample parking space.
