This cozy little complex in located in location Avlomonas and features 5 fully equipped studios (3 on the lower level and 2 on the upper). The main advantage of the complex is its strategic location, since it’s built right by the beautiful, long, sandy beach of Livadi. Numerous bars, restaurants, fish taverns and the island’s 2 best clubs are within 3 minutes walking distance. Yet, it’s far enough, providing guests the necessary serenity for truly relaxing holidays.

The apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, mini fridge, breakfast goodies, private bathroom, a TV and a veranda and/or a window with a nice view of either the beach or Hora.

Ninemia Studios are located about 5 minutes from the port (by foot), on the beach of Avlomonas.
