Plaka beach is located on the southwest coast of the island at Korthi area, almost 31km south from the port of Gavrio. After Zaganiaris village you should take a right turn and follow the dirt road. The beach is sandy, not very crowded and it also offers trees for natural, refreshing shade. Excavations have brought to light findings that testify that here existed a prehistoric settlement. Also ideal for fishing activities.
